The journal KorDaF – Korpora Deutsch als Fremdsprache focuses on the use of corpora in research and teaching as well as in institutional teaching contexts (e.g. university, school or other educational institutions). The journal covers a wide range of topics: In addition to issues of scientific theory and research methodology, it also presents examples of applied work with corpora related to German as a foreign language. Further, the journal addresses all scientific fields related to German as a first, second or foreign language. At the same time, work, research and teaching with corpora remain a constant point of reference. Key issues are therefore corpus construction and its use for DaF, DaF didactics and DaF acquisition, educational language/scientific language/specialized language, as well as corpus-based/corpus-supported foreign and second language teaching.

Die ZIF Zeitschrift für Interkulturellen Fremdsprachenunterricht – Mehr Sprachen Lernen und Lehren ist eine begutachtete Fachzeitschrift zur Verbreitung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse im Bereich des Fremdsprachenunterrichts. Sie erscheint seit ihrer Gründung 1995 online, ist kostenfrei, verlagsunabhängig und werbefrei. Pro Jahr erscheinen zwei Ausgaben, in der neben Aufsätzen zu einem Themenschwerpunkt (betreut von einem Gastherausgeber / von einer Gastherausgeberin), weitere Aufsätze und Praxisberichte sowie Rezensionen publiziert werden. Alle Beiträge unterliegen der externen Begutachtung (double blind review). Die ZIF ist heute im deutschsprachigen Raum sowie weltweit ein anerkanntes wissenschaftliches Organ im Bereich der Erforschung des Fremdsprachenunterrichts, der Mehrsprachendidaktik sowie der der sprach-,kultur- und literaturwissenschaftlich orientierten Mehrsprachigkeit.

The Journal of Computational Literary Studies (JCLS) is an international, open access, peer-reviewed online journal dedicated to all aspects of computational approaches to Literary Studies. JCLS responds to the increasing differentiation of subfields within the Digital Humanities, an ongoing process in which Computational Literary Studies has already gained considerable maturity andvisibility.
 
JCLS provides a publishing platform for work on the development, the application, and the critique of computational approaches to Literary Studies. The journal seeks to expand the spectrum of computational methods for the analysis of literary texts and their (cultural, social, historical, performative) contexts with innovative methods appropriate to the subject. It provides a forum to address issues such as building literary corpora, identifying peculiarities ofliterary texts, domain adaptation of methods, operationalization of concepts, annotation of texts, evaluation of measures, interpretability and transparency of results, and reproducibility of research. JCLS also acknowledges the debatability of the core concepts of Computational Literary Studies, computationality and literarity, and encourages submissions addressing these from historical, cultural and other perspectives.

Die forTEXT Hefte sind eine deutsche, frei zugängliche, von Expert*innen begutachtete Online-Zeitschriftenreihe. Sie stellen eine Erweiterung des forTEXT-Portals dar und bieten als Open-Access-Journal eine Plattform für Veröffentlichungen von Beiträgen zu Forschung und Lehre im Bereich der digitalen Geisteswissenschaften.Mit den forTEXT Heften veröffentlicht das forTEXT-Portal Team zunächst die Inhalte des Portals fortext.net in thematisch gebündelten Ausgaben. Das forTEXT Portal ist ein Portal für digitale Methodik in den Geisteswissenschaften, das seit 2017 Einführungen in die Digital Humanities für Schüler*innen, Studierende und Lehrende bereitstellt. Dafür stellt die Webseite Methodenbeschreibungen, Materialien und Informationen über Ressourcen und Tools als Open Access zur Verfügung.


Die forTEXT Hefte machen aber nicht nur bereits online publizierte Inhalte nachhaltig verfügbar. Die Themenhefte sollen zukünftig um externe Einreichungen erweitert werden. So sollen auch neue Hefte etabliert werden. Die Zeitschrift will den Austausch zwischen DH Lehrenden anregen, indem sie eine Plattform bietet, um bspw. eigene Materialien wie Syllabi oder Lehrmodule zu publizieren. Forschende und Lehrende erhalten dadurch die Möglichkeit, ihre Erfahrungen, Erkenntnisse und bewährten Methoden mit der Community zu teilen und in einen Dialog miteinander zu treten.
